Booking is not open yet
The booth fee and the booking link go up once the date is confirmed. Write to us now with what you sell and we will hold you a place in the queue when pitches are released.
Vendor policy
These terms apply to every pitch. You will be asked to accept them when booking opens.
- Venue: Ghud Park, Accra Mall. Date to be announced
- Booth fees are non refundable
- Setup is one hour before doors, and vendors stay for the full day
- We supply the tents, tables, chairs and extension cables, so please do not bring your own
- Food vendors must meet food safety regulations
- Keep your pitch clean and dispose of waste properly
- No alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances
- Payment confirms your place, within three days of approval
- Cancellations must reach us at least five days before the event
- Vintage Gala is not liable for loss, theft or damage
Who we take
Traders in sorted secondhand, tailors, upcycling labels and designers working in reclaimed material. Everything on your rail has to be secondhand or made from secondhand.
Pitches are limited and we balance the floor across the six aisles, so get in early and tell us what you sell.
