A pitch for the day
GH₵1,500
Paid upfront
Paid in full when you take the slot, and that is the whole cost of standing here. No commission, no cut of your takings, no charge for the kit. What you sell on the day is yours.
Once paid it is not refundable, for any reason.

Every pitch on the floor is the same size and carries the same kit, so the only thing to choose is where you stand.
Slots are open
20 of the 21 pitches are still free. Pick yours on the plan, and it is yours once you have paid for it. Read the policy, tick both boxes, and booking opens on XecutePass.
Vendor policy
- Venue: Ghud Park, Accra Mall, Saturday 7 November 2026
- A pitch is GH₵ 1,500, paid upfront. The slot is yours once the payment clears, not before
- The GH₵ 1,500 is not refundable, for any reason, once it is paid
- Whatever you take on the day is yours. We do not take a cut of your sales
- Setup runs from 10:00, doors are at 12:00, and stalls stay open for the full day
- Up to 3 traders behind one pitch
- Everything on your rail is secondhand or made from secondhand
- We supply the tents, tables, chairs and power, so please do not bring your own
- Food vendors must meet food safety regulations
- Keep your pitch clean and dispose of waste properly
- No alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances
- If you cannot make it, tell us at least five days ahead so the slot goes back on the floor. That releases the pitch, it does not return the fee
- Vintage Gala is not liable for loss, theft or damage

Who we take
Traders in sorted secondhand, tailors, upcycling labels and designers working in reclaimed material. Everything on your rail has to be secondhand or made from secondhand.
The floor is finite and slots go in the order they are taken, so the good corners are gone early. One fee covers the day and nothing comes off what you sell, so a strong table pays the pitch back well before doors close.
